Generally, teams that win championships in any sport have veteran coaches. Yes, there are some exceptions, but teams need an experienced coach to go all the way...that's why we need a guy like McLellan, MacLean, or Bylsma. I love Oates and Stevens, but I don't see them bringing us a Cup
